The autumn retreat, 2 days and 3 nights of dynamic Yoga, Women's circles, dancing and celebration - a rewilding of your soul: a spa for the spirit.
May 9th - 11th (possibility to arrive on the 8th)
This retreat is an invitation to celebrate your powerful inner woman! A weekend of Yoga, delicious food, dancing, campfires and star-gazing. We'll move our body in dynamic (Vinyasa) styles, and balance with Yin to reset your entire system.

• Time for reading, tea-drinking, reflecting, chatting

• Bed in quadruple room : 180 €
• Bed in twin room : 225 €
• Single room : 340 €

• Pickup from local train station (Vire)
