The retreat<\/h3>\n<\/div>

Entre-deux is a 3-day holistic retreat designed to hold space for the in-between, that gentle transition between the end of summer holidays and the rentr\u00e9e<\/i>. A retreat with Maria St\u00e9phan<\/strong><\/p>\n

August 28th – 30th<\/p>\n

Think of it as a layover: a pause between sun-soaked days and the rhythm of everyday life. A moment to slow down, land, and reset before stepping back into the world. It will be taking place among the lush fields of Normandy, a 2-hour train ride from Paris.<\/p>\n

Together we will flow through a nourishing blend of slow vinyasa, yin and intuitive movement. We will also immerse ourselves in an aromatherapy and creative expression workshop as we explore the therapeutic power of plants and their essential oils. Throughout the 3 days there will be pauses for nature walks, bonfire conversations, and spacious downtime so you can disconnect from the outside and reconnect to the inside. On the menu, there will be organic and nourishing meals made by Louise, our host.<\/p>\n

This retreat is guided by Maria and is open and accessible to everyone. It is also French-speaking friendly!<\/p>\n
